We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Operational Service Lead for our Neuro Community Team, Early Supported Stroke Discharge Service and Speech and Language Therapy Team within East and North Hertfordshire. This is a new role following recent changes within the adults management structure. You will have proven experience of operational leadership and expertise within one of these clinical areas.  You will have had experience in working with all members of the Multidisciplinary Team ensuring a high standard of clinical care is delivered, as well as working alongside the multidisciplinary team to facilitate patients in achieving their goals, linking in with strategic development of the services and clinical pathways within the STP.

You will work closely with the pathway lead and have the ability to provide representation at senior meetings to discuss service performance and risks.You will have experience of service transformation, and audit. This vacancy is a full time position and in addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum payment of £1,762 per annum (pro rata where applicable).

You will be required to travel to various locations within Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust to attend meetings and conferences.

You must hold a full valid driving license and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
